Thank you for putting the trust of your vehicle in Cardinal Plaza Shell. We are your neighborhood friends, here to take care of both you and your vehicle to the best of our ability. We have updated our processes recently, so here is a brief overview of procedures that we believe have enhanced our service and made everyone safer.


Please park your vehicle in a parking spot (located next to or behind the shop). We have an outdoor kiosk located next to our front door which can handle most transactions. Our front office is also open to customers in the event that the kiosk is unavailable. We will take your keys and get any other pertinent information. If you’re leaving your car with us, we will call or text you as needed. If you’re waiting with your vehicle, we have multiple outdoor waiting areas for you.


Our service is the same award winning service that you’ve come to love. Added to that, we use every bit of protective equipment possible to ensure the safety and health of everyone involved. You can be sure that your vehicle’s health as well as your own personal health is our priority.

Pick Up:

Pick up is now streamlined. When your vehicle is completed, you will receive a text message or phone call for payment. Once your vehicle is paid, the keys will be located in our outdoor Key ATM to pick up at your convenience. The Key ATM is located just to the left of the front office next to the outdoor lifts. Simply enter the PIN (the last 5 digits of your phone number), the keys will drop out and you will be on your way!
