At Cardinal Plaza Shell, our Virginia Safety Inspection process couldn't be any easier. For over 50 years, we have provided an organized, accurate and friendly location to have your vehicle inspected.
Our hours of inspections are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to Noon on Saturday. Each inspection vehicle takes between 15-30 minutes. All inspections must be performed on a first come, first served basis. You're always welcome to wait in the inspection line with your vehicle and we do accept drop offs on weekdays as time permits. Sorry, no appointments for inspection are allowed.
